  • Please visit at https://redeemyourgift.com/tvselectric_TN on or before the submission date (i.e., 31st January'2025) to upload the required documents for Gift Redemption, as mentioned in the terms & conditions.
  • Kindly register yourself with complete contact details and upload scanned Image/Photo of Two-wheeler Invoice and Temporary Certificate of Registration
  • Activation of the offer may take up to 24 hours, thereafter you can redeem the gift.
  • After uploading the required document/s, you will get an acknowledgment number. Please note down that acknowledgment number for future reference/correspondence with us.
  • Please read all the terms & conditions mentioned herein.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. TVS Motor Company Limited (“Company”) offers Choose Your Gift Offer (“Gift”) to all its customers on buying of TVS iQube online through iQube website before 15th November’2024 anywhere in Tamil Nadu. Under this Offer the eligible customer (“end-customer”) shall be entitled to avail the selected “Gift” upon fulfilment of the terms and conditions contained herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Dealers, Sales Executives, Dealership and employees of the Company).
  2. This offer is valid for residents of India aged 18 and above.
  3. Under this offer, the Customer shall be entitled to select anyone Gift out of below 5 Gifts options:

  4. Company has the sole right to withdraw or extend the offer period at any time, without prior notice.
  5. Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. (“CNPL”) reserves the right to replace the gift selected by the customer with any other brand/model of similar/ or maybe higher MRP, in case any product is discontinued by the manufacturer or unavailable in the market.
  6. Customers will be eligible to redeem the Gift only after uploading all the required documents and receiving of the same by us.
  7. Proof of uploading the required documents is not a proof of receipt. Customer will get the sms within three working days for the confirmation of receipt of documents, otherwise call at our Helpline No. 80100-99999 from 10:30 am to 05:30 pm during working days (Monday to Friday except National/Bank Holidays) to check the Gift status.
  8. In order to redeem the Gift, eligible customer has to upload the following documents at https://redeemyourgift.com/tvselectric_TN directly. (Note: Required documents submitted by Outlets, Stores, Store Managers, and employees of the Company will be treated as misuse of the offer and disqualified for the Gift):
    • Scanned image/photo of the Two-wheeler Invoice.
    • Scanned image/photo of the Temporary Certificate of Registration.
      Note: Please make sure all content should be clearly visible in the scanned image/ photo.
  9. All gifts will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable. TDS, if applicable on any gift item, will have to be borne by the eligible recipients and payable on request before delivering the gifts.
  10. Last date to submit the request to redeem the Gift is 31st January'2025.
  11. The Assured Gift cannot be substituted/ exchanged or encashed with any Product/Services other than entitled for. All sizes of the gifts are standard and request for specific sizes/colour/design/style shall not be entertained. Electronic products will not be replaced, in case of any defect informed after one month from the date of Gift received by the customer/ recipient.
  12. CNPL reserves the right to add a few more gift option(s) to choose from under Choose Your Gift. In case of any addition of gift(s) in Choose Your Gift, customers will have more options to choose anyone Gift from the combined list. All additional options are subject to availability and by the sole discretion of CNPL.
  13. Only one eVoucher Link per customer/mobile no. can be redeemed against the offer. Please allow us 10 working days to dispatch the Gift from the date of receiving the gift request by CNPL as per the Terms & Conditions. Force Majeure applicable.
  14. Any suggestions/complaints related to this offer, discussed on telephone will not be considered. All suggestions/complaints must be given in writing to support@redeemyourgift.com
  15. CNPL reserves the right to contact you via any mechanisms, not limited to call/ sms/ email/ automated call, related to this offer including receiving of the documents, dispatching of the Gift etc.
  16. Any person taking advantage of this offer does so on complete acceptance of the terms & conditions. Requests that do not comply with the terms & conditions will be disqualified. Illegible/incomplete/invalid/wrongly filled/manipulated request forms will be rejected. Required documents uploaded by the Channel Partners to redeem the Gift on behalf of the Customers may be rejected.
  17. Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court to the exclusion of all other courts in India.
