• Once processed, redemption cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds are generally not applicable.
• Refunds may be considered if payment is deducted but redemption fails, or invalid vouchers are issued.
• Approved cases are processed within 7–10 working days.
• Product/service issues must be handled with the respective merchant.
